Snoh Wellness Studios LLC (“Snoh Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use and safeguard it, and your choices regarding your personal data. We are a wellness and fitness studio that may collect information when you interact with our business – for example, when you schedule appointments, sign up on our website, communicate with us via text or email, or engage with us on social media. By using our services or providing your information, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us or that is collected automatically for operational purposes (such as website analytics). This may include:

  • Contact Information: Your name, phone number, email address, and postal address when you schedule an appointment (via our Acuity scheduling integration), fill out a form on our website, message us on social media, or join our marketing funnels.

  • Appointment and Wellness Details: Information related to your appointments or wellness goals that you share with us when booking services or during consultations.

  • Technical Data: When you visit our website, we may collect basic technical information (like IP address, browser type, and cookies) via Google Analytics or similar tools to improve our site’s functionality. This usage data does not directly identify you, and you can disable cookies in your browser if you prefer.

  • Communication Preferences: Records of your consent or opt-in to receive communications (e.g., your agreement to get SMS reminders or email newsletters) and any preferences you express regarding such communications.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and ensure a personalized experience. Key uses of your information include:

  • Service Delivery: To schedule and confirm your wellness appointments, provide the services you’ve requested, and manage payments or billing if applicable.

  • Communications: To send you important appointment reminders, schedule updates, and wellness tips via SMS/text messages or email. For example, if you opt in, we will text you to remind you of upcoming classes or sessions and email you receipts or follow-up materials. We will only send you promotional SMS or email content if you have explicitly opted in to receive it – we do not engage in “cold texting” or unsolicited messaging. You can opt out of these messages at any time as described in the “Your Choices” section below.

  • Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, requests, or feedback (whether you contact us by phone, email, text, or in person).

  • Marketing (With Consent): To share news, offers, or events related to Snoh Wellness that might interest you, but only if you have subscribed to such communications. We respect your choices and will not send marketing texts or calls without your consent, in accordance with carrier and legal guidelines.

  • Site Improvement and Analytics: To analyze website usage and performance so we can improve our online presence and services. For instance, we might review which webpage sections are most visited to enhance user experience (using tools like Google Analytics that use cookies, as noted above).

  • Legal and Safety: To comply with applicable laws/regulations or respond to lawful requests, and to enforce our Terms of Service or protect the rights, safety, and property of our customers, our staff, or the public.

How We Share Your Information

We value your privacy and do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in limited situations, such as with trusted service providers who help us run our business, or as required by law. Specifically:

  • Service Providers: We use reputable third-party providers to support our operations. This includes Acuity (for appointment scheduling), ApptRelay (our customer relationship management and communications platform), Google (for email and analytics services), and similar partners. These service providers may process your personal information on our behalf (for example, storing your appointment details or sending out texts/emails you opted into). We only share the information necessary for them to perform their services, and they are contractually obligated to protect it and use it solely for our specified purposes.

  • SMS/Messaging Platforms: If you opt in to receive SMS communications from us, your phone number and message content will be handled through our messaging platform (which is integrated with telecom carriers) to deliver texts. Importantly, we will never share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent with any third party for their own marketing or promotional use. In other words, no mobile subscriber information or consent data will be sold, traded, or given away to outside marketers. We only allow access to this information by the companies that help us send the messages (aggregators or text messaging service providers), and even they are not permitted to use your data for any purpose other than facilitating our communications to.

  • Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose information if required by law (for example, to comply with a subpoena or court order) or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

  • Business Transfers: If Snoh Wellness Studios is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If that happens, we will ensure the new owner continues to honor the commitments we’ve made in this Privacy Policy regarding your data.

Aside from the above, we do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing or advertising. This means, for example, we won’t give your contact details to other wellness companies or affiliates to solicit you. Our Privacy Policy and internal practices explicitly forbid sharing or selling of leads’ personal data, especially any text messaging originator opt-in data, outside of the service providers necessary to deliver our services.

Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Our website uses encryption (HTTPS) to protect data transmitted online, and our third-party providers (like Acuity, ApptRelay, and Google) also employ security protocols. Internally, we restrict access to your personal data to employees or agents who need it to perform their duties. While no method is 100% secure, we strive to protect your data using industry best practices.

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. For example, we may keep your contact information and appointment history while you are an active client, and for a period thereafter to comply with legal obligations or to have records in case of any disputes. When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
