Not at all! Snoh Wellness Studios welcomes all levels—from absolute beginners to advanced clients. Our instructors provide guidance and modifications for every body.
Classes and memberships can be booked directly through our website. Simply choose your membership, select your class, and complete your booking online—it’s quick and seamless.
We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class credit deduction or fee.
Yes! Private sessions are available for those who want personalized attention or specific fitness goals. Contact us directly to schedule a one-on-one appointment.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and prepare your equipment. New clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete the waiver and meet their instructor.
Form-fitting, comfortable activewear is best—this allows your instructor to check alignment and ensure safe movement. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes.
Yes, with guidance. Pilates can support recovery and strengthen the body post-injury or postpartum. Please let your instructor know about any conditions before class.
